Job Description

STVhas a position for aMarketing Operations Assistantlocated in ourCharlotte, NC office.This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office).

This is an opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual seeking an entry-level position that could lead to a rewarding marketing career. Responsibilities:

  • Support our marketing operations team in the preparation of prequalifications/qualifications applications and forms, which involves assisting with research, formatting, editing, tailoring resumes/project descriptions, coordination among team members and production (i.e., reproduction, packaging, delivery)
  • Coordinate with coordinators and managers to maintain marketing operations and prequalifications materials including databases, schedules, client portals, client documents, and other support materials
  • Collaborate with diverse teams, departments, and stakeholders
  • Manage and update information in marketing databases and dashboards
  • Provide investigation of requirements, tracking and documentation of activity and outcomes
  • Miscellaneous marketing operations administrative support

  • Must also be resourceful and have a strong work ethic

Qualifications:

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalency
  • Experience in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign

Compensation Range:

$42,820.00 - $57,094.00
