Avion Solutions Inc., an employee-owned company, seeks candidates for a Program Integrator to support the PEO MS IFMC Project Office. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Job Responsibilities/Duties:

• Support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, Hardware Product Office (HW PdO) Assistant Product Manager (APM) responsible for managing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Future Army requirements.
• Focus on the Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) system portfolio, including IBCS, Patriot, Sentinel, LTAMDS, IFPC, and future sensors and launchers.
• Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition, and systems engineering teams for cost estimates, contract requirement packages, acquisition strategies, and technical solutions.
• Represent the APM FMS and Futures when the APM is unavailable.
• Develop strategic and overarching internal/external written and verbal communications, including weekly reports, updates, and responses to taskers.
• Manage and support internal/external coordination and strategic communications with FMS, domestic partners, and internal PMO functional leads/teams.
• Coordinate IPTs, meetings, working groups, briefings, agendas, minutes, and action items.
• Coordinate foreign disclosure staffing requests and ensure products are properly marked according to PMO information security standards.
• Develop and maintain APM FMS and Futures historical archives for reference and institutional knowledge.
• Assess long-range factors potentially affecting programmatic or technical progress
• Provide periodic reviews to determine project status, milestones, coordination of actions, cost, schedule, performance risk, and required actions to maintain or improve schedules.

Required Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of applicable experience in business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities.
• A strong understanding of and experience with Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems.
• Good communication skills, people skills, and enthusiasm, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
• The ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations to staff contractors and government officials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be a US Citizen and possess an active Secret Security Clearance and the ability to maintain it.
• Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time. US travel only.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Previous service and experience as an Army Product or Project Manager.
• Previous service as a Department of the Army Systems Coordinator (DASC).
• Previous experience with the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC), and future sensors and launchers.
