Monday - Friday 8 - 5
Provide Quality Assurance testing of all Shared Solutions software. This includes working within a team environment and completing tasks within the scheduled deadlines.
  • A banking background is preferred. Teller experience would be a plus.
  • Needs to follow the QA standards for testing and writing test cases.
  • Has abilities to learn and test many products effectively.
  • Is a detailed oriented individual with a good time management approach to their work.
  • Understands and effectively manages coworkers with urgent and time sensitive issues.
  • Uses fact-finding techniques and analytic tools to identify problems.
  • Takes a systematic approach to problem solving and testing.
  • Looks beneath the surface to identify root causes.
  • Understands comprehensive testing methods and their impact on problem resolution.
  • Examines alternatives and, with guidance, takes or recommends courses of action.
  • Recognizes the need to escalate problems to a higher level.
  • Gets the basics right -- delivers the day-to-day performance clients require.
  • Takes personal ownership for problems -- follows through to ensure that solutions meet needs.
  • Knows own limitations and seeks help when needed.
  • Effectively documents solution.
  • Ensures knowledge transfer to work group/project peers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Provides project management, research and documentation.
  • Performs administrative duties and prepares support documentation.
  • Ensures quality management methodology.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Education: Bachelor's degree from a four year college or university in a related field.
Experience: Testing experience a plus but not required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Client Focus/Value Management
  • Knowledge of Financial Industry (Mortgage/Loans/Deposits)
  • Knowledge of Wholesale Banking Industry
  • Knowledge of Financial Industry (Retail)
  • Skill in analytical/problem solving
  • Skill in solid decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers and public
